Privacy Policy — Briva

Briva (“the app”) is a wellness breathing timer. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected and why.

What Briva collects

Briva does not require registration and does not collect your name, email, or account details.

Briva uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to collect basic usage statistics that do not directly identify you, such as:

• App interactions (e.g., which screens are used, button taps)
• Basic device/app information needed for analytics (e.g., app instance identifiers)

This data is used only to understand usage and improve the app.

What Briva does not collect

• No account data (no login)
• No contacts, photos, messages
• No precise location
• No health data

Internet connection

Briva works offline for breathing sessions and timing.

Background videos and audio are bundled inside the app and do not require an internet connection.

If the device is online, Briva may send analytics events to Firebase Analytics. The core breathing features work without internet.

Third-party services

Briva uses Google Firebase services for analytics. These services may process data on our behalf to provide analytics functionality.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to Firebase/Google settings and policies and is used only for improving the app.

Security

Data sent to analytics services is transmitted using standard network security (e.g., HTTPS/TLS).

Children

Briva is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
